Vision
Beginning with a discussion about an idea or invention to establish a Brief, we can then begin in depth research. Once completed and analysed we start generating concepts for this project, concentrating on ergonomics and its aesthetics. We will constantly lease with you to create a presentation showing Renders and the design process. You can then use this to present your idea to potential clients.
We can also offer Rapid Prototyping and CNC services serparately at a reasonable Cost All that is required is a CAD model of your product converted to an STL file. From here we can analyse which will be the best method for you. We have a range of materials to choose from with the option of support material printing. We also have our professional spray booth so perfect finish can be achieved if needed.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
ENE regularly deals with companies looking at marketing and advertisement, business cards, flyer design, html emails, sign design and posters are all dealt with by our professional graphic design team. We have full printing and vinyl cutting facilities so we can cater for all of your advertising needs. Our designers can use images to create a full presentation for you, completely ready to pitch to your client. We can also offer marketing and manufacturing advice to help with the steps to get your product in shops and as quickly and efficiently as possible.
With services including Rapidprototyping,Vacum Casting,Resign Casting, Fibreglass mould making, Laser Cutting, Lathe, Milling and CNC, Welding and all types of metal, wood and plastic forming, ENE Design Literally can produce a prototype of any product with professional manufacturing quality.
MANUFACTURING
ENE Design Works in conjuction with several manufacturing companies based here in the Uk but also in Poland and China. Once a project is completed and Market ready, we can guarantee we will be able to get your product manufactured, with a trust worthy company saving you time and money.
REALITY
We offer a full Prototyping and Modelmaking service. Any Design can be catered for, including Plastics,metal and woodwork. We can prototype any product from any material. Rapid prototyped products are availible with either single or dual construction available, with a variety of material and colour options. Custom models can also be made by our experienced 3D Effects Team to any specification.

Any of these options are available singularly or as part of a package. Each part of the different stages can be customised to your individual needs i.e. people with a brief just requiring a concept, or a company with a concept just requiring engineering drawings or preparation for manufacture.

DESIGN
Upon completion the Product can then be prepped to be market ready, including accurate Renders and visualisations with a full set of Engineering drawings. At this point all additional detail including all tolerances and draft angles can be added depending on your requirements.
For the finishing touch, ENE offer a photography service to create perfect pictures of your product for your portfolio or website. Our photographer can either visit your location or take photographs whilst your product is still with us. With professional equipment, a full lighting setup and editing programs, we can make sure your images look professional and presentation ready. Our designers can also use these images to create a full presentation for you, completely ready to pitch to your market.
